Designed around you
I start with a proper conversation about your room, your ideas and how you want it to work.

The person behind Beespoke
Why settle for off the shelf?
I’m Kieren Robinson, founder and director. I design around the way people really use a room, then stay involved from the first conversation to the final fit.
My approach
I’ve always liked working things out.
Founder & Director, Beespoke Carpentry Ltd
I’m Kieren, founder of Beespoke Carpentry. I’ve always enjoyed making things, solving problems and finding a better way to do them. That is what I built Beespoke around: designing and making for the space, the customer and how they want to use it, rather than relying on standard sizes.
My background is in carpentry and bespoke furniture. Today that means everything from fitted kitchens, wardrobes and media units to unusual one-off projects. I especially enjoy the jobs without an obvious off-the-shelf answer, where I can work out how to make the idea possible.
I stay involved throughout: from the first conversation and design, through making in my Manchester workshop, to the final installation. I combine traditional joinery skills with modern CNC manufacturing to make each piece accurately and finish it with care.
Outside work, I’m a husband and dad to two boys, Arthur and Walter. You’ll usually find me with the family, following Middlesbrough FC, messing around with motorbikes or starting another project I probably didn’t need.
For me, Beespoke has never been about simply filling a space with furniture. It’s about seeing what could be there and making something specifically for the people who will live with it.

From first sketch to final fit
I design. I make. I fit.
