Two takes on the alcove: painted cabinets with floating shelves, and navy cupboards beneath reclaimed timber shelving.

About this project.
Alcoves either side of a chimney breast are made for joinery. In one home, painted cabinets with glazed doors and floating shelves; in another, navy cupboards beneath shelves of reclaimed timber.
